Our Values

Children, Encountering God  and Connecting with Others

We want your children to encounter the living God by experiencing life-giving, age appropriate instruction through the gifts, talents, and faithfulness of our Kingdom Kids team. We encourage, resource, and speak life to our parents knowing they carry the responsibility of discipling their children. In this way, they make a real change in this world by empowering the future generation to advance the kingdom of God.

Kingdom Kids is offered on Saturday at 6 p.m. and Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

We value families worshipping through song together. Your children will remain with you for the first 25 minutes of our worship service, and then a pastor or worship leader will dismiss them to their ministry area.

Infant–23 Months

Nursery

We prioritize offering our youngest children a safe, clean, and caring environment to play and learn about God. Our team shares the love of Jesus with children and engages with them through age-appropriate toys and books. These classes provide a light snack, so please let a team member know if your child has any allergies.

2–5 year-olds

Preschool

Our desire is to instill a love for Jesus and a knowledge of his word in the children, and we know this begins at a young age. Our curriculum centers on giving preschoolers a first impression of their loving heavenly Father. Through age-appropriate activities, preschoolers are building their spiritual foundation so that by the time they graduate to Kindergarten they know these three basic truths: God Made Me, God Loves Me, and Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever. In addition, they are given the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with their friends and teachers.

Kindergarten–4th Grade

Elementary

In our classrooms, we invite children into discovering who Jesus is and how to grow in their relationship with him. We begin our classes with prayer, encouraging children to share prayer requests and praise reports. They then have the opportunity to gain confidence through praying with their classmates and teachers. Throughout class, children learn through hands-on activities, memory verses, small group discussion, and videos that bring the Bible to life.

Extra Support for Our Friends

Sidekick

We want every child attending Kingdom Kids to encounter God and connect with others. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment to support our families and children with disabilities and other developmental differences. We provide extra support for children who would benefit from it in the Sidekick Classroom and/or with one-on-one assistance for inclusion in grade-level classrooms. This accommodation is only available during Saturday evening services.

What to Expect...

Guest Check-In

For added security, we have a child check-in system in place for all children, infant through 4th grade, who will be attending class during the teaching part of the service. On your first visit, you will find a friendly Kingdom Kids Check-In attendant to the left of the lower auditorium entrance. You will receive a name tag for you child along with a security tag to pick up your child at the end of the service. All children attending a Kingdom Kids class must be checked in.

Safety Matters

We are committed to safety understanding the privilege that parents trust us with their children. Your child’s safety is important to us. We are equipped with a child check-in system. Our classrooms are in a secure area that are restricted only to our serve team and students. All Kingdom Kids staff and serve team have completed all required PA background checks.

Nursing Mothers

At any time throughout the service, nursing mothers are encouraged to use our private nursing area which is equipped with rockers, changing stations, and a sink. For your convenience, we livestream the service to the nursing mothers room for you to view as you care for your little one. The Mother's Room is located at the back of the sanctuary and can be accessed through the side doors in the area between the sanctuary and main lobby.
